Day 55-58 San Jose/ Apple Campus/ Gilroy Shopping

Day 55-56
It was raining for two days in a row and I had not seen the sun. Winter with rains made it really cold, so we were confined to warm comfy sofas.
Day 57
With the sun coming out after two days we decided to step out. And there was the beautiful part of San Jose, after rains had swept away, the place looked more fresh and alive inspite of the Wintery feel.
We went to visit the Apple Campus in 1 Infinite Loop, Cuppertinuo. Tourists are allowed only to the visitor centre and retail store. I got a tour and access to the inside (thanks to my brother-in-law) - the lawns, the building, the cafeteria, the surrounding was well done and beautiful. In the last two days that I was confined at home I had been watching documentary on Steve Jobs and now seeing the campus, made me feel inspired with what he had achieved. 
Day 58
Thanksgiving and Christmas season brought out some best deals in the town. I made the most of it and was on a shopping spree. There is an outlet mall in Gilroy which is about half an hour drive out of San Jose. It was worth diving down and would recommend it for serious shoppers.
